“Attractive for a night out, yet also works well with casual clothes/travel outfit. The retro styling (1930's) really is fetching and is accentuated by the quality wool. The reviews of others here really helped me with the fit (I was about to return the hat until I read them!). Pull it DOWN OVER YOUR EARS and pull the back down with the front a little higher so you can see. Then squish the top against your head to make the ruched fabric sit properly. This is how you avoid the (yes, I'll say it) cat-in-the-hat look. The hat is slightly more snug than ideal (I measure a 21.75" and ordered a Med), but I think it will be fine and may give a little in time anyway.”
