“This feels very warm, and looks cute in a whimsical sort of way. I read the "Cat in a Hat" comment in another review here, and so almost everytime I put it on, I laugh, wondering if I look like a Dr. Suess character! But I don't really care, since the hat is adorable and keeps me warm.”
