“I ride horses in Germany where it is wet and cold and I often stay outside too long. These are a real life saver for me. I also find them useful when I have the flu and go from hot to cold in a few minutes. I keep one under my pillow and when I get the chills I place on my chest with my hands so both are warm. Very comforting.”
