    Have not used these yet -- got them to keep in the car and at home for emergencies. You never know when you might need to be out in the cold. I also got some to take to the food pantry so they can give them to people who are homeless and sleeping in cars or parks. I could have used these when I used to work outside a lot!

    I live in Florida and run early in the morning before the sun rises. Occasionally the temperatures drop to the 40's or below. I put the warmers in my gloves or mittens when I run. Afterwards I put them in my coat pockets to keep my hands toasty throughout the day. I have also used them when I go skiing - they are perfect for a Florida girl like me!
