    I do a lot of different things outdoors -- However, after many surgeries and ailments I find these work great to help alleviate sore muscles. They are much more reasonable than the Name brand drug store options -- you just need to find a good way to secure them to your body. An ace bandage works -- tube sock, whatever. I would consider taking these snow-backpacking -- which we do each year. I have also put a couple in my first aid kit.
