Pockets are ridiculously shallow, not for rock-climbing when your legs are extended, nothing would stay in them. No front zipper, so to relieve yourself, you pull them down (an irritant).

Bought a pair of these about a year ago, material was much sturdier. Returning because I don't think they will stand up to the krummholtz as well as the last pair I bought.

I wear these in my metal smithing shop during the day, and I have a heavy bag out there to train with. These work well for stretching, kicking etc. I also use them when I travel because of their comfort. Too bad Sierra won't get more colors in my size.

I liked the description so much I ordered three pair rather than run the risk that they got sold out on me. That said, I was disappointed to find that they run small and thus I could not get a true read on them. I am sending them back and will go for a larger size.

like the elastic around the ankles' Keeps the pants from slipping below my bare or socked feet during martial arts classes. The black pants are the preferred color.

Heavy duty cotton material feels like a comfortable canvas & is wrinkle resistant. The elastic waist band and the belt are helpful in keeping the pants in position. Although the skimpy belt tends to slip somewhat but is OK. I paid $8 to have the pants legs shorten. The Aspen Green color is a nice subtle shade of green. The gusseted crotch for mobility and not having a fly is nice - one less thing to remember to zip up.

Very functional pant that looks good and holds up well. The elastic leg bottom is not tight which works for me and keeps my pant leg out of my bicycle chain ring. Durable fabric and good belt should last several years of use. I'll be back for more when they are in stock again!

I have bought 6 pairs of these pants, over a period of time. They are so comfortable to wear and a really nice change from jeans and sweat pants.
