    These shorts are true to size for me. The waist was a little big, but it has a tie that cinches the waist band. They are just a little short for my liking even without rolling them up. However, I am going to keep them because they are very comfortable and cute.

    Have been searching for a style of Gramicci shorts I bought 4 years ago that fit perfectly. Alas, no luck. These were of the same quality but too elaborate (don't need the waist tie or such big pockets) and sized on large side. Chose to return rather than get next size down: doubted fit. Would recomend to friend who likes cargo style shorts.

    These shorts are such a great fit that I now own three pair in different colors. The crotch has a gusseted panel, so they are extremely flexible for climbing and comfy for biking, too. They almost run a little large, but the waist drawstring covers that problem.
