For my tastes these are perfect; great fabric and rugged construction. One of my pet-peeves with alot of pants/shorts today is shallow and poorly made pockets; these have nice deep pockets, plus a zip pockect on the lower leg, fit is perfect for outdoor shorts, love these.

Very comfortable. While they ran a bit large on the size - a 38 feels more like a 39 waist - but that is perfect. The zipper on the cell phone pocket is a nice option.

Should have listened to the other reviews, as these do run big. Nothing the belt won't fix. I really like the style and cut of these shorts. They did fall below the knee as metioned in the reviews, but I'm ok with that cut.
