Gramicci pants are some of the best pants made for work, play, name it. These pants seem like Gramicci has sold it's name to a Dominican sweat shop. I will never buy Gramicci's from Sierra Trading Post without being able to try them on first.

After wearing these pants a few times, they began tearing in three different places - the belt loop, the rear pocket and the crotch. I bought Gramicci because I was told they were durable - especially for cycling. (As I do not drive, I thought they'd be great for my daily cycling.) But the cotton material is a little stronger than tissue paper and these started tearing the third or fourth time I wore them. I think the best activity for these pants is watching tv, as long as you don't move around too much on the couch.

I generally like Gramicci pants. The pockets were just too shallow for me... too many keys.

Pants feel great, it would be nice if they had sometype of zip fly. I'm a slender guy and once I get them passed my hips they feel great. But bathroom in the woods is a little more involved.

I usually take a XL in Gramicci pants but mistakenly ordered L. It worked out fine though as these run truer to size than most Gramicci pants which I find run a bit small. The length is also seems about 32 or a slightly more. They are lightweight, ripstop, with drawstrings at bottom of leg. The tobacco color is nice. I like the cloth belt better than this heavier belt style but no big deal. The material is nice for warm weather. Generally satisfied with these pants.
