It never wore out. It was hippy chic and a great color, as is this adorable jacket. It is very short, though. I'm 5'10", 155 lbs., and it just squeaks by on acceptable length (including sleeves), even for a short jacket. It doesn't have much extra room for layering under it either, so plan to wear it with something light underneath. That said, it is just a cool, colorful piece that I received many compliments on the first time I wore it. Very well made, as Gramicci products are. It is not cut generously enough to button up, but it's more fashion than function here. Love it.

The picture doesn't show that there is also a different funky orange/red fabric on the inside, which is cute when you turn up the cuffs. I ordered a M - I'm a size 4, 36C. I probably could've pulled off a small as well, but the medium is fine. It is a short jacket. Looks cute with jeans.

It roomy without being boxy, my dd's work fine in this jacket. Has enough room in the shoulders and arms to be comfortable and I have had problems in the past with that.

The cut, however, is odd. Although I'm a size 12, I ended up with the XL. The shoulders were bulky and uncomfortable, but as a seamstress I was able to re-cut and tailor to my needs. Since STP had discounted the price, it was all worth it, but buy with caution.
