Gramicci Karma Shorts - Organic Cotton (For Men)

I got these for my son, who is very tall and likes his shorts to hit at the knee. These wash and dry beautifully and fit him great. He is very pleased, thus so am I.

When I saw the short in the plastic bag. I was very satisfy with the color & style I picked but after I tried on, I was very disappointed. The short was too small to be men's short. [...] I would love to be able to order size 36 but I can not take too many risk.

Too tight in the rear and thighs. Odd fit. Returned.

I really wanted to like these. I got two of them. I should mention that I'm female, but really like hard-wearing guy shorts for when I do construction type jobs, or go scrambling around on rocks. Most of the time, the size I got fits well (or loosely) in all the important places. These shorts, in contrast, avoid a crotch seam by running the seam to the sides, across what you could call the "back of the very upper thigh" and then diagonally across the thigh. And the thread they used is incredibly rough and scratchy. I ran my fingers along it for quite a while, deciding if it was likely to soften with a few washings, and could not convince myself that it would soften at all--it seemed like the coarse nylon cording that only becomes rougher and more rock-like with age and wear. So I gave up and sent them back, despite liking all other aspects of the styling. If you find that shorts do not touch you in those areas, ever (and if you are unlikely to hop on a bike while wearing them)...or if you're willing to take a chance on different sizes or colors being stitched with different thread...or if you take a Chuck Norris approach to tough clothes, and just "out-tough" them, these could be very nice shorts for you. But they were unwearable for me.

These will be my new favorites for a long time...I plan on getting other colors as well.

Purchased these for my 17 year old son who is very particular about avoiding clothing produced in sweatshops. The quality looks good, fit was very good, price was right - he was happy.

Perfect quality; "made out of organic materials". Very good fashion for a long style shorts. Jeans type hi quality durable fabric. Perhaps contrast stitching (light green on the brown) looks too fashionable.
