“Originally, purchased for a 10-day float trip on the Colorado River, but I find these shorts are in the laundry every week. They've replaced his stand-by Patagonia pairs as his favorite shorts. My athletic husband lives in them for hiking, yard projects, splitting wood, but also wears them to parties and out for casual dinner. Note that they are pull-on and suited for a slim-hipped person. Didn't fit my average-sized son, who also wears a M.”
