Verified Buyer Reviewed by T from Pasadena, CA on Monday, February 11, 2013I really wanted to like this, but it just didn't work for me. Looked really cute online, but material was actually quite stiff in person. Not at all soft or snuggly as I had hoped. I'm petite so I ordered an XS, but the sleeves were still way too long. Felt like I was swimming in all the extra fabric which made the overall fit uncomfortable. Had to return it.
Reviewed by deb590 from somerset, pa on Wednesday, November 28, 2012A great shirt to wear at home, shopping, or on adventures. The look is dressier than a sweatshirt, but the comfort is the same. Fabric is in-between a sweatshirt and long-sleeved t, so provides 3 season wear. Love the pockets, thumb holes and where the drawstring sits (will help to hide a little muffin top if you have one). Compliments that it makes me look skinny - well, alrighty then!!!! Con: the tag says "ralaxed fit" - another tag says they are working on bringing more jobs back to the USA (yes!!). I am all for getting people to work everywhere, but can we all spell check too?
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Pepa from Gainesville, FL on Wednesday, June 6, 2012I like this -- I love hoodies and wanted something that went below the waste, so it satisfies that well. It washed well, but I didn't risk keeping it in the dryer for fear it would shrink, but it probably wouldn't. The hood, when on, looks a bit goulish -- it could use more shape, as could the top half of the sweatshirt, which just doesn't isn't flattering. But I still like it for comfort, lounging, warmth on cool days or over-air conditioned transport.
- Best Uses: CASUAL WEAR, Lounging around, Travel
- Cons: Unflattering
- Pros: Comfy-soft not too heavy
Reviewed by NW Working Mom from Bellingham WA on Monday, April 16, 2012I LOVE this. I am a size 10 (slightly bigger hips than chest). I got two of these, a black size L, and a "kimono" size M (I wasn't sure about fit, and this is what was available in those sizes when I bought). I'm keeping both. The M fits great with just a tee underneath. The drawstring hits at my natural waistline, and I love the thumbholes at the sleeve cuff (the sleeves are designed to be long, and they reach my knuckles--it's like having fingerless gloves built into the sleeves!). The top is long enough to cover my hips/rear and the fit on the lower half is snug/fitted but not tight. The color "kimono" is a really beautiful, saturated dark teal color. The L that I bought is baggier, but I have been liking having one with a looser fit as well. The L drawstring does hit below my natural waist, so it blouses up when I tighten the drawstring. I've been coveting the yoga clothes at a certain overpriced-and-trendy athetic apparel store for women, but this is better-made and way cuter than anything there! I also bought a Celine Hooded Jacket (similar style, same great fit) in Kimono, size M.
- Best Uses: Stylish casual wear, Yoga
- Pros: Flattering style, Great Color, Great fabric
Reviewed by Ochy Bala from NY, NY on Friday, March 23, 2012Very comfortable hemp knit fabric, nice length, long enough sleeves, hood actually fits. The garment drapes well. It is warm, but also it breathes well. Would buy more.

- Cons: none
- Pros: Breathes, Drapes well, Long, Roomy, Stylish
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Kathyw from Cody, WY on Monday, March 19, 2012Great when you need long sleeves or a light jacket. I like the longer sleeve length and the longer body length.
- Best Uses: CASUAL WEAR
- Pros: Light and warm, Longer sleeve length
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Another old lady from Phoenix, AZ on Friday, December 2, 2011This is the 4th hemp/cotton blend Gramicci pullover I've bought. The fiber combo is heavier and warmer than cotton, and very durable even if working in the yard or such abrasive conditions. The female versions also have a little spandex which helps keep the sleeves up and give a fitted shape. My one complaint with all of them is low-cut neck, which makes them outerwear, not solo.
- Best Uses: Casual social, Outdoors, Shopping
- Pros: Color, Fit, Sturdy material, Washes well
