    These pants work great!! I spend hours out at the Lake kayaking. I bought these pants for use while out there. I was pleasantly surprised the first day I used them. I walked out into the water to about my knees to get into my kayak. I went off around the lake and in about 15 minutes or so my pants were dry. If any drops of water hit them from the paddle it dried up right away. Great pants for kayaking.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The yellow-green color is very funny-looking, I knew I would be returning them before I even took them out of the package. I would not recommend this color, it is so light that you can see through it, and this is not practical in a hiking pant. The material is very thin and light and the pant seems durable, so it might be nice in another color. The fit was a bit big in the waist and very roomy in the hips in the S and I usually wear a 4-6.
