    Great pants for outdoor wear. Keeps me cooler when it is warm, warmer when it is cool, washes and dries easily, fabric is tough. Wonderful for walking dogs, hiking, rafting, camping, etc. Somewhat wrinkly looking for those looking for a more fashionable fabric. But can't be beat for functionality.

    I have a pair of the nylon Gramicci pants from years ago. These looked the same but the lower legs are now much wider than the original. I was not happy with the look of the wider legs and will be returning the pants.

    Nice pants - very lightweight, the purple color is really fun and pretty. Great with a tank and flip flops. Just wanted to give an idea of length; I usually need a minimum lenth of 33, but these were best for me in the 31. I tried both; as I like to wear this style of pant hanging low on the hips, the 33s were just too long. So the 33 is, I think, a true long. By the way, I am 5'7 130# and the small is good.

    Bought these for travel and hiking. I have a pair of Gramicci shorts which I love and those fit great, but these are oddly cut in the hips and waist, resulting in some difficulty in pulling the waistband over my hips, especially if you add a layer of long underwear. Once the waistband is in place, they fit fine and are comfortable. The grosset does promote freedom of movement. The rise is long which I appreciate as I am long waisted. For sizing comparison, I am 5'8" with a 29" waist and 35" hips and got the small size. The pants will do. . .as long as I don't put on weight. Too lazy to send them back.
