    bought the men's small for my son (usually size 14 in shorts). They are plenty roomy, but the waist is truly adjustable around the full circumference, so I expect them to last several seasons. Bought these to replace ones he wore forever and they never wore out.

    I buy size medium and they always fit well, except these are difficult to put on, very slim fit. And the belt is too long, can't easily cut it shorter as has a logo tag on the end.

    These shorts are "preworn", so they are very comfortable right out of the packaging. They are perfect for any activities around the water... boating, fishing, rafting, etc, because they are lightweight and dry very quickly. The only downside is that the fabric is very thin (which aids the fast drying), and I have torn a couple of pairs... but I was engaged in very rough activities both times. I liked them enough to buy more, though!
