“Different color fit differently”

“I have a mixed review. Bought two colors, same size. I am 5'5" and heavy through the hips and thighs. The shale color in a large is a bit snug in the waist (that's just not my fit preference) but offered plenty of room for movement through the hips and thighs. I will keep them. The SAME size in the deep blue was very tight through the thighs and pulled so much across the hips that I cannot wear them. I'm disappointed, as the deep blue is a very nice color, and I don't have time to exchange them (in case these were just irregular). I bought these shorts for a bareboat sailing trip over Thanksgiving.”
