Gramicci Original G Shorts - Cotton Twill (For Women)

These shorts fit loose and very comfortably.

I didn't like these shorts. These would be good if you are looking for something tough and durable, but i found them too thick and unflattering for my needs.

Great for overall outdoor wear. comfortable, especially with this type waistband. Length is OK. Nice range of aizes.

I now own four pair of the Gramicci Original G Shorts. The first pair I've owned for several years. They are so comfortable and hold up to pretty serious use. Wish they came in some brighter colors.

I have a pair of gramicci shorts that have lasted me for over ten years, so I knew I wanted some more. I got these in a medium (my usual size) but they feel pretty baggy-- however, the adjustable web belt at waist makes it easy to customize. The fabric is stiffer than I expected, but no doubt they'll loosen up with time. These are not the most flattering or feminine shorts, but for comfort and durability, gramicci cannot be beat! Best for casual outdoor stuff...camping, rafting, hiking etc.

My wife has 4 pair of these shorts in various colors. She uses them exclusively for backpacking and hiking in the wilderness areas of the Southwest. The shorts withstand lots of abuse and get more comfortable the more they are washed and worn. If you are looking for sexy, forget it. If looking for a great hiking short, this is a good choice.

Fabric is soft and comfortable from the beginning. Great colors.

I've been wearing Gramicci shorts and pants for a VERY long time. I use them for fieldwork, and for casual dress. I wear them every day. Originally designed for climbers, freedom of movement has always been a hallmark of Gramiccis, with the gusseted crotch and wide-cut legs, and large roomy pockets. The shorts I received were listed as Women's shorts but the cut is identical to the MEN's Gramiccis that we have. The label does not indicate that the shorts are for women, as in my older shorts, but has a unisex "M" for the size (as in the men's shorts). I compared the "new" shorts to my older WOMAN'S Gramiccis, and they are not at all the same. For a woman the inseam should be shorter, and the waist should not be as high. The legs are cut too narrow, so it is difficult to really use the pockets and still have the shorts not bind around the legs. These "new" shorts just feel bulky and cumbersome, and they are no longer cut for a woman's needs.. Overall rating: Not so much....
