    I work in a casual work environment at the northernmost tip of Wisconsin. I bought these pants for Spring and Fall because they are heavier in weight and an alternative to jeans. Be forewarned: they are definitely CANVAS and not something more flexible like denim. They are sturdily built and of good quality. However, the waist fits below the belly button (a new experience for me)which combined with them being stiff and a little less accommodating in the derriere, makes them fit a little funny at first. They aren't the most comfortable pants I've ever worn, but I'm hoping they will give a little as they age. They are a solid pair of casual pants.

    There were a number of areas where the fit was just weird in these pants. For a straight leg style, the thighs actually seemed poofy. I felt like I was wading in them. In the front, there also seemed to be a lot of extra material, although I can't find a way to describe where. If you were to grab the bottom of the pockets and pull forward - that's where.But, [...] they are gorgeous, I've chosen to rehome them.

    These pants fit at the waist and about 7 inches below the waist. From that point on they beging to look like really large stiff PJ pants. Material is good, construction is good. I can't imagine who would want pants that are this huge through the legs down to the feet. Weird fit.
