    I got M. I'm a size 8/34D (on the small side) in the chest, size 6 in the waist, and about a 12 in the hips, so it's hard to find a button-front shirt or dress that doesn't make me look thicker-waisted than I really am. The elastic panel in the back of this dress really helps... I can even wear it without the belt! I'm 5'8 and it's very short on me--I'll have to wear something underneath for modesty's sake. My only real complaint is that there are threads hanging out all over, even some seams that appear to be coming apart a tiny bit. I'll have to sew them up myself. I hope the dress survives at least a few more washings...

    This is a nice dress, good fabric but I needed a large, wear medium but this dress too short and tight for me, I bought both M and L and will send back the M.

    This is very comfortable and soft, but also poorly fitted and short. I found it not only overall small, but also just not flattering. It's also very short, so would have to wear tights or something underneath. It's not quite what I wanted. I returned this item.

    I bought this dress in 2 colors. It was very wrinkled in the packaging, but it ironed very easily and did not wrinkle while I was wearing it. The smocking across the lower back really gave my waist nice shaping. It was much more flattering than other shirt dresses I have tried. I am short-5'2"- so I can wear it with or without leggings. Overall, this is a great dress!
