I ordered an XL on three different Gramicci shirts and the shirts fit my sister, size 8. This has been a trend lately not just with this brand or company. Must be the new con to size large sizes on small items. Aggravated with online ordering lately. Still a quality product, but would only recommend the XL size to small size people.

Great-looking shirt, but very strange fit in the arm pits and shoulders -- as another reviewer said "I suspect the arm pits aren't cut right." I was disappointed - it's exactly what I wanted for travel, but the way it fits is too uncomfortable, even though it actually is the right size. Very odd. The rose color looks great and the fabric feels great.

I wear this for every day usage, It feels great and washes beautifully. For some reason it is slightly tight around the arm/shoulder area. I suspect the arm hole is cut not quite right but I like it anyway.

This shirt is exactly what I was looking for - lightweight, light color, pockets in the right places. HOWEVER, this company's sizing is terrible! I ordered one size larger (XL) than I usually wear, based on other reviews. The product I received would compare to a Medium, at best, and I will be returning it. :-(

Very lightweight fabric plus shirt is built more for casual than backcountry use. Still, a nice everyday shirt. I kept it for that reason. Note that Gramicci does not oversize, so be sure to order your real size.

I actually did not keep this shirt because it was not going to work well for hiking & packing as I had hoped; there aren't underarm gussets or a pleat in the back which hinders a lot of moving. I so wanted to keep it because it is really nice. The dusty purple was great, it is just a great looking shirt.

I was so disappointed to have to return this shirt. I wanted it for hiking while wearing a pack. Underarm gussets & pleats at the back shoulders would really help. It is a fabulous shirt for casual, non-athletic wear. I'm an XS (32a) and it fit perfectly.

All I can say is BUY THESE. The purple is lovely and I tried to order in a larger size but they were sold out. I am normally a MED-LG shirt and the large was a bit tight - not overly tight- material not pulling - but I could have used an XL. I normally order a size up with gramacci and forgot. The colors are pretty and perfect and I want them in every color. Order a size larger.
