Reviewed by fromthedesert` from Palmdale CA on Saturday, January 05, 2013I washed this on a light cycle in cold water before I used it as it seemed to had some sort of coating on it. It did not shrink, but came unsewed in the wash. I discovered during this process that this stretch hat is not made with a stretch stitch. In addition, there was no stay stitching to keep the knitted material from unraveling. Had to restitch the entire circumference of the hat. Not a problem, just very inconvenient and disappointing.
