No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I have used these gloves for cross country skiing. My hands stayed warm and dry. However whenever I tried to remove them and then put them back on again, it was difficult to get my fingers to the ends of the gloves. My skin seemed to stick to the lining - I assumed because my hands were warm and sweating.”
