    I use these gloves for skiing up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. They work well in most conditions! I would recommend maybe a thin inner liner glove on really, really cold days. Other than that they are great!

    My middle finger measures 4in. from knuckle to tip. My pointer finger is 3.75in. And my thumb is 2.5in. I purchased size large and the glove provides enough room for my fingers to stay warm in cold temps. (15 degrees and below) The zip pockets on the back of the hand are a poly material. The palm and fingers have a rubber surface applied to them. It's two tone and has helped vastly when shoveling snow and skiing.
