“Odd sizing”

“I ordered a medium in these gloves because it says that a medium is a glove size 7. All of my motocross gloves are a size 7 and fit fine. These were huge. There wasn't enough velcro on the strap to make these tight enough to stay on. All I got them for was to shovel snow etc. I sent them back and got a small. Now the fingers are slightly too short. The part that is the worst is the area between the first finger and thumb. As if the gloves are made for some sort of species that does not have an opposable thumb. If you have short fat hands, with short fat fingers, these gloves are for you. They do seem like they would be very warm though. Too bad the fit is so bad.”
