You can tell when this pack is in your hands that it is made of good quality materials. Very comfortable and looking forward to useing this pack on many day hikes and overnight trips. It compresses down and expands to accomodate multiuses.

As a backpack it is extremely comfortable due to the fact it is rather flexible. Backpacker Magazine got it right in 2003, it is simply a wonderful piece of gear. Wish it had a few more straps for trekking poles, etc., but still serves the purpose.

I bought this based on someone else's review and couldn't be happier with it! In the past I've had to borrow rigid daypacks and I find them cumbersome in comparision. We take trips that are boat access or hike in only and I needed something that will fit everything! This Daypack is definately the ticket. It's fitted for a woman and very comfortable. The Sierra trading Post gave me the info on how to measure properly if this is new to you.

This pack will expand to 4500 cu. in. - you can put a bear can in the bottom and pack all your gear in it. You can use the straps to compress it down for day hiking, or stuff it full and go for days. It's meant to carry up to 40 lbs - haven't had that much in it, but 25 lbs doesn't feel like it's there with this pack. I'm looking forward to years of great 2-7 day backpacking trips with my Ozone. The price is a steal and this is replacing my Osprey.
