    Looks so pretty and simple in my daughters room, blocks the light, but not a blackout affect. Very modern and took me all of 1/2 hour to install 4 blinds, will be back for more as I redo my other kids room !!!

    Installed these the day they arrived (simple installation) since we were having a cold snap. What a difference it made in the 2 bedrooms! And they look very clean and stylish. I only wish these came in a wider variety of sizes and colors and that the hardware was a little heavier. Definitely recommend these blinds/shades if you live in an area where your winters aren't tundra weather! Can't beat the price!

    I was hoping that these would block some light since they were advertised as "insulated." They don't, but they are still nice and a great value. It took me about three minutes to install each one (and that was mostly taking down the old hardware).

    The shades have 2 layers of thin fabric- they still let some light through. I'm not sure how much energy we will save by using them. We were hoping to cut down on heating and cooling bills.
