Gregory Baltoro 75

*many pockets provide for good organization
*plenty of straps
*precise fit (see following)
*solid strapping system for ice axes

*mesh material for side and belt pockets can snag and tear easily (most manufacturers changed from this material)
*small belt pockets (only one if I remember correctly)
*overly precise fitting may require mixing and matching of hip and shoulder belts (I needed a medium belt, large shoulder straps, and a medium size frame. This made buying online a difficult option. Also, such a precise fit makes sharing the pack or adjusting for weight loss/gain or adding layers for different seasons a potential problem.)
*lumbar support can be uncomfortable, tends to focus weight transfer to the small of the back
