“I got this pack because I have the Gregory Icarus and I wanted to drop a few ounces of weight when I run with a pack. This pack adjusts easily to provide minimum sway with one exception. The sternal strap is very difficult to move up and down, on the Icarus you can slide it up and down with one hand as you run, with the Reactor you have to take off the pack and snap off the sternal strap to make any adjustments...a real bummer if you like to make slight adjustments on the go. The side pockets are an improvement versus the Icarus, holds things better. The Reactor has lots of little places to put things and I like the little cell phone/key pocket on the waist strap. It is a very small pack, so if you want to carry a larger load you are out of luck. But to stash a set of light pants and shirt, with a book and water bottle, then the pack will work well for you.”
