Wanted a small daypack that was good for riding my bike around town. Perfect for that.

Great pack. JUst big enough to take on a day hike, but expands to add more gear or finds on the hike.

I love this pack! Good access, interesting combination of gossamer ripstop, functional padding, and tough hems. I love this pack in spite of the fact the torso length is too short for me (5'6"). Possibly the best part of the design is the shoulder-hugging harness, the worst part is the inaccessible side-pockets which I use for water bottles. Never mind the complaints, this is a well-designed and very light pack that I expect to use a lot.

I just returned from a 3 day camping trip to the Shenandoah Natl. Park, day hikes each day ranged from 2 plus to 6 plus miles. Carried snacks, camera and a 3 liter water bladder that I bought seperately. Great little pack.

I got this pack because I have the Gregory Icarus and I wanted to drop a few ounces of weight when I run with a pack. This pack adjusts easily to provide minimum sway with one exception. The sternal strap is very difficult to move up and down, on the Icarus you can slide it up and down with one hand as you run, with the Reactor you have to take off the pack and snap off the sternal strap to make any adjustments...a real bummer if you like to make slight adjustments on the go. The side pockets are an improvement versus the Icarus, holds things better. The Reactor has lots of little places to put things and I like the little cell phone/key pocket on the waist strap. It is a very small pack, so if you want to carry a larger load you are out of luck. But to stash a set of light pants and shirt, with a book and water bottle, then the pack will work well for you.

I find this bag great for everyday use. Although it has a limited capacity, I find that it has enough compartments to hold items I would need for a day hike.
