    I was rather surprised when opened up the trimmer and realized there was no place to put a battery; I thought it was kind of small. I guess I somehow missed the fact that this trimmer is manually powered in the product description. However I was pleasantly surprised that it works very well, especially in the nasal passage. Not quite as good on ear hair. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and as a plus it's made in the USA.

    I have a cheap battery powered one that works. However, I thought this one might free me from having to use batteries. Being stainless steel, I thought it might work for years and years. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all.
