“I haven't taken them out yet to see how they perform, but I have tried them on and they are definitely impressive. I always have trouble finding anything that is long enough for me. These pants fit more like a 34X34. They would even be comfortable for a 35X35. They do sinch down as well, but If I was a 31 in the waist I think they would be too bulky. I hope this helps....”
