5.0 out of 5 stars. Great addition to my camping gearVerified Buyer Reviewed by Iknowbutch from Near Detroit on Thursday, September 24, 2015Used this set with my hack buddy, we made chocolate covered strawberries cover the open fire. Thinking about using these in my kitchen too. Very nonstick!!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent double boilerReviewed by Anonymous from Israel on Sunday, September 20, 2015This set is big enough to cook real food, not just water for freezed dried
The main pot is a good 1 lt size, enough to cook two portions of lentils
Transfer to the smaller pot and sit it on the main pot as double boiler to continue slow cooking or keep hot
Then cook the bulky rice or pasta in the main pot
Or a main course in the 1 lt pot and water for coffee in the 0.5 lt pot
Or a main course then a bannock
or according to your imangination
This is a very flexible versatile set of pots
And non-stick
And a reasonable weight

5.0 out of 5 stars. Tough and PracticalVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California on Thursday, September 17, 2015Although I haven't field tested this set, it seems well built and practical. The lid fits either unit that could be split for single person use or the larger pot for a group. Mine was received in perfect condition with no scratches or dents. Both units seem lightweight and packable and the mesh bag for storage isn't a cheaply made afterthought.
A salesman at a major sporting goods store steered me towards GSI products because the company is very accommodating when there is a problem with their gear. I feel great that I bought this product at a closeout price from STP since I would have paid much more at a brick and mortar store.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Well built and very functionalReviewed by ipartner48 from Alberta on Friday, September 4, 2015I like this set - I can store my fuel canister and stove inside so it packs well. Pack weight is 9 oz so decent weight and it seems to be very well built. Top lid fits both the .5L and 1L pot. Yes, the non stick coating will wear out but I only use this unit for boiling so not an issue. Very well designed unit. Definite keeper!!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Heavy yet functional, maybe not too durableReviewed by Dan from Texas on Tuesday, August 18, 2015I've only used these items once (for 4 days of car camping followed by 2 days backcountry hiking and camping) and I can say they're just fine for car camping but a little unwieldy for backcountry hiking and camping (kind of heavy, but not terrible). And also, keeping my fuel canister and stove inside (it's a good fit) has already begun to scratch the teflon coating off in places, and I get the sense that's only going to continue. But for the extreme sale price on STP, it was worth it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. NonStick, Doesn't Stack WellVerified Buyer Reviewed by DanceFaery from San Francisco Bay Area on Friday, August 14, 2015I haven't tried this set out yet, but it looks well made and the handles seem like they'll stay secured to the pans! The negative is it doesn't stack well. The taller narrower pot stacks within the shorter pot, but the lid, which is sized to fit the wider diameter pot, doesn't stack or secure in any way. This makes it awkward to pack. But, for less than $10 with the extreme sale, I'll be keeping them. They are light weight and a nice non-stick addition to my Jet-Boil compatible pots!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Too much weight for the serious backpackerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chelsey from VA on Friday, August 14, 2015The build quality is great and the handles are very useful for packing down. Fits my alcohol stove, windscreen, and collapsible bowl easily.
My two biggest gripes are that there are no markings and the weight of these are impractical for long distance backpacking. The first gripe I fixed myself by measuring out water and making marks myself so that's not too bad, but the second is a deal breaker for me. I'll be using these for now because I don't have an alternative, but I will most definitely be replacing these in the future.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Heavy and not durableReviewed by Boyan from San Diego, CA on Saturday, August 1, 2015This set is VERY heavy, certainly not suitable for packpacking. It is also not very durable. The inside is teflon coated, and it does not take much to scratch the teflon. When I stored it in a cooler during a Jeep backcountry trip the cook pot got scratched by the mug pretty badly. If I could do it all over again I would spend the $10 towards something better.
