    The curtains were installed in the family area over sliding patio doors. Having the insulated backing is very helpful in keeping out the cold winter drafts from the doors themselves. And the sleek design goes well with the natural aspen wood walls and door trim. We made and stained our own curtain rod to match others in the same room. Thank you for the great price and beautiful product.

    These drapes are average in quality. I didn't think they were as heavy as other thermal backed drapes. The grommets are nice.The front fabric is kind of 'slick' feeling. They have a very casual appearance, good for casual rooms, would not use them in a formal LR/DR setting, though. But for the great price, good for rental house, basement, rooms that don't get looked at all that much, etc.

    drapes are drapes wouldn't you say, not really, that is not until I purchased these energy efficient designer drapes. These drapes took a great looking room and kicked it up another two steps.
