Haglofs Chaos Gore-Tex® Jacket - Waterproof (For Women)

Love the jacket--shell is light but w/light layer is very warm--sizing and length great--pocket design could be improved though!

Bought this jacket for my daughter. She's 5'11" and 140 lbs and the Large fit well, shoulders better than hips but there is a cinch in the hem so that should be adjustable. First time buying this brand but it's Gore-tex and made in China like they all are and what's not to love about STP prices! Arm pit zips/venting would be nice and should be standard on a jacket in this price range. As another reviewer mentioned a closure of some kind on the inside pockets would have been nice.

Very lightweight, unlined but fairly warm--with a layer--pretty warm--so far this winter! Discount was considerable!!

the coat is almost perfect..I did order a size larger which is a good thing..it tends to run small. excellent workmanship, haven;t worn it in the rain, but no doublt it will be fine..

I purchased this for hiking (with layers for winter warmth) in rain & inclement conditions of the Pacific Northwest. It looks great, feels great & so far has met all my expectations.

Since I have bought this jacket it has either rained or been windy every day. I walk about an hour a day and have been very comfortable wearing this jacket. The fabric is very soft and the fleece collar feels great when the wind picks up. I have not hiked or skied with it yet. I have walked on regular roads and quite a bit on a New England beach. The only thing I would add is a velcro closure on the inside pockets so stuff doesn't fall out of them if you have the jacket draped over your arm.

This is a good rain jacket, it is very well made. It is thin but breaks the wind and keeps water out. I would recommend something warmer for winter sports or an underliner. I work outside and often in the rain so I need something that will keep me dry all day long, I think this is a great buy. It is ventilated well.

I purchased this jacket over the other, more well known brands because of the features it advertised: zip-off hood, deep pockets. I am happy with that and was also surprised at how soft and non-crinkly the fabric was. It is also most substantial than I expected (have previously only purchased rain shells), but it is nice for being in New England, since I can wear only that over a t-shirt. So far, it's completely waterproof, although I haven't had the "opportunity" to stand outside for several hours in a steady rain, which was way I bought it. The only significant issue I forsee with this jacket is no pit zips.

I love this jacket for it's style, high quality construction and materials, color, length, fit, and technical design. I am 5'4", 118 lbs, wear mostly a size 4 petite in american sizes (ie. Banana Republic). I got a small. I have been looking for a jacket to fit me perfectly for a while now. I wanted something long to cover my butt when it rains. This jacket design has a shaped flattering trim cut, but still big enough for a light to medium weight sweater underneath for insulation. 2 pockets on the outside, and 2 pockets on the inside. I like how many rain jackets have a hidden zippered breast pocket that can be accessed without unzipping; unfortunately this jacket does not. But it's overall design, and quality make make up for it. Nice hood, good adjustability, removable, but does not store in collar. Nice color- a grayish blue-green. More subtle than bright. Haven't worn it in the rain yet, but being that it is gore-tex, I can't imagine that it won't keep me dry. Great for anyone from casual to advanced gear seekers.
