Reviewed by lisamamot from West of Boston, MA on Tuesday, February 05, 2013The original MSRP (and even the discounted STP price) for these pants led me to believe these would be amazing winter sport soft shell pants. They have great technical features, but they are unlined super stretchy soft shell pants, more of a hiking pant in my opinion. I am almost 5'9", 136 pounds and usually wear an 8. I took a chance the 40 would fit and they were much too big (a 38 probably would have fit). I located a Haglofs size chart and my measurements put me somewhere between the 38 and 40. If the sizing works for you, and you want an unlined pant, these are beautifully made.

I have tried multiple brands, styles which have fitted either to big in the hips/small in the waist (I don't have much of a waist), to short or to long (I'm 5'7.5"). This are AWESOME!!! I may get a 2nd pair
