    This is a great jacket, very high quality. I wanted to layer clothes and wear this jacket as an outer shell but xxl I ordered feels more like an xl. will still work fantastic for hiking and is easy to pack. I would buy again but order one size larger. very expensive even at sale price but the quality is very high as well, I feel this jacket will last even with several years of tough wear.

    I use this everywhere. In cold weather you will need to layer but b/c it is wind/water proof that will not be much. Today in Virginia it was 17 degrees and I only needed a cotton crew neck. This is much better than the LL Bean weather parka in durability and breathability.
