“I did not try this item in the elements. It was a snug fitting jacket. I am slender and 6'6" tall with 36-37 sleeve length. The sleeves fit well. But they were not sufficiently large to layer underneath easily. I think I would have kept it if I had ordered 3xl, if they even make one. I did like the jacket and it seemed to be made well. But it was just to snug.”
