This is a nice mid level pack. I wouldn't use it for a trek that lasts more than 4 days, but for a trip in that range its perfect. It is very light weight, and has tons of adjustment features that will make your trek manageable. It is comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this pack for the most rugged terrain.
