Reviewed by Oaktown from Oakland, CA on Wednesday, May 08, 2013Well made, well fitting pants. True to size. Regular length seems to be about 32-34". Material seems tough, but not too thick. Haven't yet worn them hiking, but seem like they'll be great. Planning to use for hiking/camping.

Based on earlier reviews I went with a larger waist size and am glad that I did. I'd estimate that the waist is about 1.5" narrower than most pants. Length is fairly true. If you have a narrow to athletic build, then these pants will be fine. If your lower torso is very muscular or you are a husky, the fit would be snug. Not what you want in a hiking pant. All-in-all, I'm pleased with the purchase.

I wear a 34 X 34 pant....purchased the Large/Regular pant. As have read on other reviews, these run on the small size in the waist...Large fit fine for me but couldn't have gone any smaller. Would have purchased the Long length but it wasn't available...Regular will work for me but still would have liked the Long length better. Material is a bit thicker than my similar pants from REI and Eddie Bauer and seem well constructed Lots of zippered pockets for security. I like these pants alot and am looking forward to wearing them on my next European trip.
