    This is my second Haglofs jacket. My other is the red and black Haglofs Windstoper Typhoon jacket. I LOVE THE FIT as well as the feel of the fabric in both of my Haglofs and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. The craftsmanship is amazing, very high end and classy - as well as durable. The two Haglofs I have run a bit small, so I suggest you order one size up. I normally wear Medium - and I fit perfectly in a Large.

    The velcro closures on the cuff are handy. The streamline fit is flattering and I can still layer underneath with out looking like a marshmallow. This jacket is a bit more than I usually spend, but the level of quality is well worth it. I am glad to have splurged.

    I never used this outdoors, as I had to return it. It was just too long for my body, but I have a short torso. I'm 5'2", so anyone somewhat taller, I'm sure will love it. It is very well made, and appeared to be water resistent, if not water proof...but I didn't try it out. I just don't like jackets that hang down over my butt....so, it went back.

    I've only had this jacket a short time, but it is comfortable so far around town and to work. It is cut quite long for the size, but that is not necessarily a bad thing (might keep the snow out of my pants). I hope to use it both around town and on ski trips, though it is not as rugged/warm feeling as other soft shells I've had (Patagonia/REI). Also, it is challenging to get the zipper going - seems to be an issue caused by the bi-directional zippers (top down or bottom up double zipper pulls). I plan to layer well when using this in the back country and am not counting on it being very wind-proof. I'm 5'4", relatively long-waisted, and I find this coat is cut pretty long and slender. My hips are about 38" and the medium is just right.
