    This jacket is an excellent layering piece as well as stands on it's own. The only thing that I wish it had was hand pockets when you are using it by itself

    I wear this jacket casually and on the mountain bike. It does a good job as a mid-weight jacket but could be more wind resistant. Not water proof but it does shed light precip well. Breathes great! This jacket has very long sleeves which is good for biking and for my 37" sleeve length. The fit is trim in the body and sleeves.

    This soft shell is perfect for high aerobic activities like snowshoeing and x-country skiing. It breathes just the right amount with either a light or medium weight base layer. Also, I'm very pleased because the sleeves are actually long enough for me. This is a top shelf product.
