Everything I've grown to expect from Haglofs. First rate. While Haglofs clothing sizing is a real challenge, shoes are true to size. I wear a 10 and it fits perfectly. Nice shoe, trying out Haglofs first time. Shall see if this form fit insert works. Usually don't pay this much for a trail shoe, but the look and style was unique?

I ordered these because of the style/color, and the opportunity to try the Haglofs brand. Exchanged a 46 for 45 (I wear 11 1/2 US) and the fit was great. I did not warm the insole, but let them 'mold' to my feet as I wore them, which took a few days. So far with casual wear I have found the shoes to be supportive, comfortable, dry (wet Michigan autumn), with good traction. I am wearing them now, and have had them on for 12 hours, no complaints.

Nice. I got what I paid for. The materials are top notch and assembled well. These are not your average hiking sneakers. If one prefers a light, low profile hiking shoe, this is not it. The initial feeling is stiff overall, but not clunky, and the insole needs some break-in (unless you opt for the oven method). But that's OK. These shoes fit my size 44 foot just fine, particularly the heel cup and toe box. I especially like the way I can tighten the laces over the top of my foot, but still allow room for my toes to spread out--very secure and comfortable. After a short break in period I should have a comfortable, supportive, and long lasting pair of shoes.

For those unfamilar with Haglofs, the "toe area" is roomier than most shoes. And the front or toe area turns up slightly. Maybe this is the way of European shoes. The style is great and has drawn compliments. Simply stated I would buy them again and recommend to a friend.
