It seems like if I buy "tall" it is too long and if I buy a regular size it is too short. These shirts fit him great and he's very happy with them. I buy in bulk so that he has replacements for the ones he ruins at work :o)

XL in the neck and shoulders and Medium in the torso. Hard to complain though for the price I paid. Wear the cutting grass or doing yard work.
