I really like the look and craftsmanship of these boots. But the top midfoot section of the boot is cut so large, that even if you pull the laces as tight as they will go without overlapping the eyelet strips, you can't get a good snug fit. I have an average to narrow foot and wear thick smartwool socks with boots. It would have taken 3 pairs of socks to make the boot part feel right. As far as length from heel to toe, they fit true to size. These would look great with a lot of different styles and the price for a solid leather boot is great. I just wish they'd been cut more for a woman's foot.

Like my other HD boots, these run big. I'm typically a size 8.5 or 9; even with thick socks these are roomy in the 8.5 (could maybe have even gone down to an 8), and they look big too. The vendor tag calls these "after you ride" or something like that. We still have snow here (in late April waa) so I haven't tried them riding yet, and I might not...There isn't a proper separate heel--it's like a scooped out pretend heel (I could sketch it better than explain it!) and I could imagine slipping off the peg being a problem if you're trying to place your foot for brakes and for shifting. For a passenger or for fashion, though, they're better than fine. The top edge of the leather near the zipper is a little scratchy/scrape-y, so you'll want to have long enough socks to protect your skin. The cuteness factor--albeit a big large-ish-- and the great price definitely make it all worth it!

Not as heavy a boot as expected, but they fit well and were otherwise, exactly as described. (love the fact that they zip up the inside , so as not to have to constantly un-tie and re-tie. Been down that road too many times to tell.
