Reviewed by R from Bainbridge Island on Wednesday, March 25, 2015these boots are supposed to be used 'after riding' according the paper tag on them. Not enough protection for riding, these are just ordinary walking boots from Harley Davidson.
That's not apparent form the description at all.

Reviewed by joedannyboy from Utah on Friday, January 17, 2014The boots seem to fit very differently from 1 foot to the next I could get 1 foot to tighten nicely but the other foot was kind of sloppy. Additionally for a motorcycle boot these are not stiff enough. The tags on the boot say "after riding apparel."
Reviewed by WKINNJ from NJ on Saturday, March 9, 2013Good boot that run a little large (ordered a half size small and they fit perfect). As a motorcycle boot they offer less protection (single layer leather and no shifter padding) than the higher-priced leather-lined boots with extra leather in stressed and exposed areas. However, for the price, the boots offer moderate protection and are more comfortable for walking. Buckle offers a small amount of "fit" adjustment and side zipper makes it easier to get the boots on and off.
