We went on a 10 day raft trip and the lack of adjustments on the shoulder and feels like it has an uncomfortable fold. Being right handed the flap over and the way it zips up may be more convenient for someone left handed. It worked well in the water and was able to attach my knife in a convenient place.

I am 5'11", 225 lbs witha bit of a tummy. The XL/2XL PFD fits reasonably well. I have yet to test it in the water. It is possible it will ride up a bit. The build quality seems good and the design has durability potential. It does feel a bit bulky.
The sizing for a PFD (Personal Floatation Device) is by chest measurement. If you click on the sizing buttons the chest size will appear. I.E. the XS/S fits chest sizes 30 to 36". There is no weight requirment.|This link will give you more information about PFD's|http://hub.sierratradingpost.com/blogs/stp-gear-doctor_kevin/gear-guide-how-select-size-maintain-pfd-3254/
