    The cashmere is evident in the feel, and the coat has nice clean lines. I is actually longer than indicated which was good, stated length would have bee a bit short. It is not insulated so a good late Fall and early Spring coat but not for the dead of winter.

    I expected an overcoat suitable for a true winter. This coat is attractive, but too light for the north country. 20 degrees minimum with a suit coat or sweater beneath.

    My only comment is that if you have an athletic build find a good tailor. the chest fits well, but I have a 12 inch drop and the coat is not cut for that dramatic change. I also had to have the sleeves shortened a bit. But the price of the coat more than made all the alterations worth it, for what is now a custom overcoat.

    This overcoat is not for special occasions, but very adequate for wearing to work when you wear a suit every day. I find the collar is rather small and it makes necessary a warm scarf. I also find the sleeves are just a bit too long, but it's not worth the cost to have them taken in. Overall the quality of the material is nice and as an every day overcoat, this is not a bad decision. But it is not a dress overcoat by any means.
