Haspel

Perfect for hot weather. The suit is well made, though the jacket is not fully lined. The only issue is size. It seems mis-sized. I usually wear between a 42 and 44, dependig on the manufacturer. I ordered a 44 to assure it would be large enough, as Haspel tends to run small. However, the 44 was remarkably small in every dimension. I exchanged it for a 46, which fit perfectly, except, the seat was much too full and had to be tailored. A normal 46 in another brand would have been wildly big. However, once, you get the right size, you cannot beat this suit for the price.

Great suit for a summer holiday or outdoor event. A good pincord or or searsucker from Haspel is a requirement for every Southern man's wardrobe.

THe suit overall is cut much too small. Not only are the waist and chest too small, but the sleeves were much too short. This was true even though I ordered a size larger than normal. I sent it back in exchange for an even larger size in the hope that it will stay in proportion. The other criticism is that the jacket is only partially lined, the sleeves and shoulders but not the body.

Haspel is a fine maker of really good suits at reasonable prices, and the Sierra Trading Post deal was outstanding. A few adjustments by a local tailor, and you wouldn't know the suit hadn't been purchased at an expensive retailer. And, boy, it the seersucker ever comfortable!

I got this suit for a summer wedding in the south. It saved me. It is cool, comfortable, classic in appearance, and I got a great price. I would definitely. buy another one of Haspel's seersucker suits.

Wonderful suit, perfect for high humidity hot climates.

Beautiful well made suite. Jacket is a bit tight but no more so than what is in fashion. Pants have a super high rise with the waist coming up almost to my chest (definitely not in fashion). Pants would require major alteration which would destroy the fit and lines of the suite. Too bad as it was really a great suit.

For my 94 year old grandfather to wear to his great grandson's college graduation. He will look very dapper!
