“This product has an intense plastic (PVC-duh) smell when removed from the bag. I personally was not comfortable putting my child in something that was clearly off gassing a tremendous amount of chemicals and got rid of the coat. I imagine with washing and time the smell will go away, but it's still PVC- which I should have noticed prior to purchasing.”
